Business Development Manager

Job Overview

JagFT Is a rapidly growing Technology Company.  The Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing our sales portfolio across key lines of business.  You will nurture and develop existing and new customer and vendor relationships.  With an excellent understanding of Network and Communications Technologies and solutions, you will have a rounded industry exposure and will be able to hit the ground running and grow into the role as the company grows.  This role would suit a highly professional, articulate salesperson who brings with them a network of industry connections.  The successful candidate will have a proven history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets In the Technology Sector.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Nurturing and building key customer relationships.
  • Conducting health-checks on these accounts and Identifying areas for Improvement to Increase revenue.
  • Pre-sales & sales of a wide range of technologies to customers In Metro and Regional Queensland.
  • Pipeline management – ability to forecast, report on and deliver on forecasts.
  • Write fabulous proposals, with an Impeccable eye for detail.
  • Client & Vendor Engagement – host workshops, attend pre-sales meetings, present proposals, attend and host functions.
  • Meticulous record keeping – ensuring that all client Interactions are well recorded, follow up expectations are clearly set and acted upon.
  • Manage and mentor a Sales Support Executive.

Qualifications, Skills and Pre-Requisites

  • Relevant Degree in IT or Sales & Marketing.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Salesperson for a Technology Company.
  • Technical understanding of network technologies and solutions.
  • Astute, able to read the room and recognise untapped areas of opportunity.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills – we need somebody who Is a proposal and presentation Guru!

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary $89,000.00-$93,250.00 p.a (Includes Superannuation) + Incentives + Generous Commission structure (OTE $200,000.00+)

JagFT Is a rapidly growing Technology Company.  The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for Customer Engagement and Relationship Management.  The role will Include a component of account management and pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • We are looking for a professional, well presented and highly articulate ICT professional to be responsible for a range of pre-sales and customer engagement activities.
  • You will be responsible for Customer Relationship Management across our existing client base in Queensland.
  • In addition to maintaining an excellent relationship with our existing clients, you will be required to follow up on leads generated by our outbound marketing partner. A generous commission structure is available.
  • You will be required to assist with hosting of webinars, client and vendor functions.
  • You will be required to attend vendor training and information sessions.
  • Some travel to regional Queensland may be required.

 Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ICT Sales Support executive.
  • Applicants will be screened based on the quality of the cover letter you provide. We are looking for candidates who have excellent written and spoken English skills.

JagFT Is a rapidly growing Technology Company.  The Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and the Sales Team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sales Administration – preparation of proposals and quotes, using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Sales Administration – preparation of sales reports, backorder reports, work in progress
  • Administration of the client database within our ConnectWise CRM, ensuring that It Is maintained and accurate.
  • Supporting the management team – diary management, phone support.
  • Project administration – distribution of project reports

 Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Administration Diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training In Microsoft Office Suite to an advanced level Is required (Excel; Word; Powerpoint)
  • 3 years’ experience as an administrator In a technology company.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrable experience
  • Strong Microsoft Word Skills with demonstrable experience
  • Strong Microsoft Powerpoint skills. with demonstrable experience
  • Adobe Acrobat skills with demonstrable experience
  • Understanding of and experience using a CRM system (preferably ConnectWise)
