Building Information Modelling

What does BIM mean to you and your organisation

As Building information modelling, or BIM becomes more popular in the Australian construction industry, organisations are looking to see where BIM can add value to the assets they own and operate. BIM is more than 3D Drawings and at JagFT we are working with Government agencies and corporate businesses to implement Information Models that will reduce cost, save time and improve how you manage your assets.

Our BIM Method

BIM is the process of managing the information produced for an asset either during a construction project or retrofitted to operational assets, into a common format. BIM describes the practice of designing, constructing and operating assets using a coherent system of data-rich models. We work with organisations undertaking new capital projects to undertand their operating model and to align business policy and governanace to information management during the design and contruct phase. Keeping the asset operators, contruction partners and stakholders aligned to the asset lifecycle. Construction doesnt end when the asset is built, contructing information models is for the life of the asset.

BIM is a whole new paradigm of value.
